do we get a ticket in california by the cops? one of the toyo dealers told me it was a up to $500 fine for *concealing and changing the name* o.O

that's b/s. just tell the cop you need to refresh your memory or do research if you wanna be a cop that bags on us import people. i really hate cops that just pull you over for the smallest thing.

In the year since i debadged my car i have been pulled over twice and each time the officers have had to ask me the make/model i'm pretty sure its not illegal and you can't get a ticket or i would have.

I get supra more than teg. I mean yeah, the headlights but the styling is all wrong. Yeah, no badges is not illegal, it just pisses cops off cuz they don't know what kind of car you have. Pisses me off when a shop doesn't. Never going back there....

lolz that's why they need to do research and keep being on top of their game. i mean i do research on the 6gc the gen.5 and what ever my friends have so i know what the problem will most likely be. i'm sort of the mechanic in our click........lolz

but yeah anything to piss off the cops with out getting a ticket i'll do it. i debadged my car a while back. i broke the emblem while taking them off and i didnt know I HAD THE RARE GHOST EMBLEMS!!!!!!!! DAMN I'M SOOO STUPID!!!!!

i was at the local pick a part and as i'm leaving the celi i hear a guy say "awwwww, a supra" then his friend was like "no you idiot thats a celica"

why would the cop need to ask. if he's giving you a ticket it should be on the registration.
why would it be illegal anyways? that's lame.

^^ that my friend is what you call a prejudice cop. he/she just assumes because of the normal occasions people see. i get that alot here in hawaii. when i come up to a road block to catch DUI drivers they talk/act up at me like i was street racing or i'm one of those teens that have no manners what so ever. just brush them off with BIG WORDS that you should've learned in shool........lol

i get my car called a supra a lot like i left it in the park and i see a bunch of kids crowding around and taking pics and im like back off my celica and they go its a celica?? biggrin.gif

so true. every cop i've ever run into acts as if you have a gun and may use it on em. i seriously hate cops cuz they harassed my bro n sis for sitting outside too late when they are both of age and he did nothing but curse at them the entire time and accuse them of doing stuff..and it happened twice with two different cops and my bro n sis were outside with the neighbors playing guitar n he gave em the 5th degree for sh!t..ignorant cops in CA suck a55..

Cops in CA have nothing better to do. Well ok, they do have better things to do, however they choose to bother us for some magical unknown reason.
