yes it will. Its the same car body. The body doesn't change when you swap the engine. But you might have to get a front mount intercooler. The top mount intercooler might get in the way. Ask NEVERSTOP he might know.
I'm guessing that it will fit if your worried about interference with the engine. My sway bar goes under my cross member and I think that basically everything in the engine bay is above the cross member.
