size of the rims, off -set, size of tires to be used

I think they're okay. I'll only take them if they were stupid cheap or free. They're a big improvement from those hub caps ya got on though.

From reading on the site i think 17's are the best way to go and yes they are i think $350 for all four rims during january at tire kingdom. From what ive been able to tell the best tire size is 215/40-17 can someone help me with that? Im not looking for something ubber expensive since im still in school and tight on money. Thanks for the help and sorry about the crappy pic.
