Yeah he probably shouldn't be giving random people the finger especially if when that person insults you and spits on you, you are still too afraid to stand up for yourself. You should never do anything you are too much of a puss to back up... but even then you should never let anyone spit on you, that my friend is the ultimate insult... Id drop any man in a second if he spit on my face I don't care if his son, daughter, grandmother, and god son were there. I had to step in cause that crosses the line for me. i told him to get the hell out of the store and to grow up and learn to talk right. he then yells at the employees Oh! i see ur boy gots a pwoblem with me adn he walks around the counter (which is off limits to non employees) towards me. i slammed my headset on the floor and took off my work shirt and hat. he walkes up to me with his chest puffed out and just tried to stare me down. I stared right back waiting for him to do sumthin. As this is goin on my manager is yellin for him to leave and his Gf is tellin him to let it go. He slapped me. I told him Im giving u one last chance b4 u catch a beatin leave the store now!. He then punched me in the side of my forehead. He backed up when he hit me because i glared at him with my fighting eyes. I new i would get fired if i did sumthin so i tried to stare him down and make him back down. he relaxed after hitting me and said i knew u were a b**** and spat at me and hit my neck. That was it i didnt care if i lost my job or not. i wiped the spit gave him a shove and when he went backward i just let go with a hard hook to his jaw. He didnt know that i train for MMA or UFC as people know it as so i hit him pretty damn hard. but he dropped to the ground and hit the counter on is way down of tryin to catch himself. he sat there with his knees up and his arms on top of them starin at the ground. i was grunting a little and said with a loose mouth i tink muh daw is boken. my manager called the cops and when they arrived he was still on the ground there. so in the end i still ahve my job and the cop said because he could have tried to rob the store and he attacked me adn spit in my face that it was an act of self defense. so its all good. and hour wnet by and i got sent home. I was walkin out with my friend and co-worker talkin about the fight. we were both syked up and i noticed he was parked close to me about 2 feet away. we proceeded to get into our cars. i was adjusting heat and music and thinkin about the fight...and then it hapend. out of no where he pulls out and cuts his turn to short and sideswiped my celi! good lord i was pissed. i was in my car in awe of what happed. he stoped got out and i didnt think it was gonne be too bad cause he wasnt goin fast but then i saw his face. i juimped out and looked at my celi. the headlight was smashed! and blinker was smashed! and the side was dented in the took the paint clear off to the metal! i ahve no clue how that much damage happend! he payin for the whole thing so thats good but i still ahve to drive around with a damged celi which makes me feel like people think i caused it haha which i didnt. sorry haha I just need to vent.
500$ worth of damage.

I agree - he was a punk for flicking the man off in the first place, thinking he was gonna get away without a confrontation [I doubt he knew the man's son was in the car at that point - or had time to think that way anyway], his "friend" was an even bigger punk for leaving and not getting his friend's back. Do I believe that was really his reason? Not necessarily - I don't know him.
The point is - you just don't fight a man in front of his girl or his children. That child would grow up with issues about assault, manlyness and have something to prove all his life - that's not fair to the kid. He did the right thing [whether or not it was truely for that reason]
Now - since you have repeatedly called him out over this subject, let me ask you a question: What do you have to prove that causes you to come on this site and attack his manhood repeatedly? I've seen somewhere that you were/are in the service and I know that can cause unnessecarily aggressive attitudes and behaviors but with you it seems to be something more deep rooted. Something in your past that makes you feel you have something to prove. Feeling the need to type things like "Id drop any man in a second..." and attacking other random people in other threads simply because you don't agree with them or they seem "weird" to you is usually a sign of some past trauma in the macho portions of your brain.
Now I'm fair and I don't know you so I won't suggest you can't fight - but that's usually the reason why people talk "big", especially when there is no way it would ever be called upon to be proven in real, not internet, life.
Again, I'm not calling into question your character or your ability to fight. Just making an observation. Maybe you should stop and think about why are you so quick to get aggressive with strangers online.
And one more, very important, thought: Those of us, that have trained to defend themselves and others and have the confidence that we can do so under reasonable conditions, will usually be the most quiet about our abilty to do so.
