Getting the swap done in 3 weeks. Going from a 5S to a 3rd Gen 3SGTE. What problems will I face electrically and mechanically? Just looking for more input. Will my stock guages work? Will my AC work? stuff like that

In order to insure all electronics will work properly you'll need to get your wiring harness done. Or you could just get the ecu pin out for the st205 and your year gt and plug it in. I here the wiring harness for 3rd gen to 5sfe is plug and play with 10 extra pin outs that needs to be wired in.
