sounds like the brakes are lightly scraping the disks cant hear when going fast since wind noise but when you hvae the window down and going pretty slow you can hear it a bit,

do i need to just take out the brake pad and put it on again? i dont now any help please

Well your topic headline says "drivers side back" but the post alludes to both.... i would try taking them both out and adjusting them, checkin to see how much wear is on them...... if both of em are making the noise constantly, check out your e-brake setting...... if all of that is fine, it rules out your brakes

Yeah, I'd check out the brakes and take em out and reinstall em and make sure they are adjusted properly...... if that doesn't take care of it, see if you can see anything that looks like it may be rubbing back there

there should be a pin that sticks along side your pads. if it touchs the rotor it will make noises. that's a sign that you need new pads. that or you can just take them out. but check on the pin. and blast the rotor and pads with brake cleaner.

Also be sure you have the triangle shaped return springs still attached - this could caus what you're hearing and is pretty common to be missing.

This may sound stupid, but check your wheel nuts are done up tight. I had this once after I changed the discs, loose nuts = loose disc = rubbing on pad.
