All my toyota dealerships do not replace those when timing belt is replaced - just check.
How often do they lock up?

I think its about 60k-70k if i remember buddy.
I'm obviously way over due on this. I bought my car at 57K and I'm currently 128K without changing it. I'll be getting a new belt and tensioner in the next two weeks though. It's starting to chirp a little

My 436whp MR2
Is it just the tensioner or the other pulleys to?
the tensioner, idler, new spring, and might as well do the water pump while your at it.
Actually, I just asked how often they go bad if not replaced with the timinng belt.
Another way of putting it how high a chance for those to last two timing belts intervals.
probably none. they will first make a grind noise like a bad alternator and then they will seize on ya.
