UPS dropped off 3 of 4 boxes to me this morning, i couldn't wait to rip open one of the boxes! my excuse was that there was a little surface damage to the package. there is no damage to the wheel since they were EXPERTLY packaged for transit by 1010tires.com in Richmond, BC. called the UPS hotline because the 4th wheel was supposed to be on the truck according to the on-line tracking info...driver was even a little embarrassed. they said the box was diverted to Moncton instead of Halifax because if a scanning error in Montreal and should be here tomorrow. guess i have to stop procrastinating and order my TEINs and KYBs.

I officially hate you now [j/k] - that is exactly what I am looking for in a rim and by my fav company as well. Can I ask how much you paid for these? I want the same in a 17x8.

Hey, thats not bad for Enkei wheels. Haven't seen a good line of Enkei's since I got mine in 2000. The only other wheels from them that are good are RPF's. Good choice!

What model are they by the way?

trdproven - EVO 5 Hyper Silver 17"

tomazws - that just a reflection of the drab beige paint in my bedroom. can't wait to see them reflecting something more interesting.

goferris - patience my young apprentice.... i just ordered the Teins and the KYBs. need 00:00 and $.$$ now for the install.

BTW the other wheel was waiting for me when i got home yesterday.

Those don't look like EVO5's. Looks much deeper than the advertised gold pics of them.

they are a lot deeper than i thought too. biggrin.gif don't know squat about wheels (yet) but they sure are pretty!!! the paperwork says they're EVO5 i say they're EVO5.
