lol..depends on how much younger. I hope not more than 1 or 2 years.
edit: last time I heard it was either cannot be more than a 3 year difference if one of you is under age or 3+ years is illegal if one is under age.

not if she was like 17 or somthing... Maybe 16 if she was close to 17 and you guys had been dating for a while... now if she's like 11 or 12... In Texas you get shot for that... i dunno how gun laws work in your state, but ... i dunno, just FYI.
