Update:

I blocked off 8 rooms, most of them should be connecting rooms. I asked for the cottages so this way we cant be loud if we want. If we need more rooms we can get more. I have 8 on hold for us at this time.

I would suggest calling ASAP, they are selling out of rooms fast. The sooner you reserve the better chance you'll have of getting a connecting room with the group.

This is for July 11-13 2008

You'll have to select the sales when calling on the phone. I think its #4 tell them you are with the 6GC group, the rate is $119.00 a night.

i will be taking pictures. but also if anyone wants a small photoshoot of their car $20 is all it is. i have a 4g mem card so i can take 1000pics or so. a small car photoshoot is somewhere around 100pics

Man this is really tough.... I normally organize this meet and I've gotten alot of phone calls lately about this event, but I just started a new job about a month ago and I work Fridays and Saturdays and I'm trying feverishly to get off for the weekend of this meet. I'm also playing out that Saturday night, which makes it even more difficult to show up. To top it all off, the Celica needs work before I drive it so its been very challenging this year so far.


Just to let everyone know, theres a slight issue with having the meet at the Tunnel Field like we used to have it at. They put up a locked gate at the entrance to the tunnel, so we can't access the area that we had the meet at last time. Something to consider before everyone gets too set on having the meet at this location.

At any other meet I've ever been to we all take small shoots of each other's cars because we're all friends. I'm not going to drive 4 hours to pay you to take pics of my car.

Dustin it does seem like the meet is falling apart...I wont have my car by then and I dont think we are going except sunday we were planning to meet everyone at the track...It just seems like few ppl were going and things werent looking up. I hope things look up from here.
