it appears to be a Scion TC supercharger with a turbo. Performance mod magazine did a write up about a TC with a setup like that about 3 or 4 months ago. IIRC it only made about 376 HP. But it had the stock clutch to it so it couldn't really grab well.

that is a pretty cool set up. at first i thought it was a twin turboed 6th gen, but i looked at the surroundings and decided it was another car. do you know how i can get a hold of that write up in a back issue? i want to read about it.
