What's the difference between the front rotors for an ST and a GT? When I look online for rotors for my ST, I've noticed they're usually more expensive than for a GT. Is this because they're thicker or something because STs have rear drums? And once I do my rear disc conversion and have 4WDB, should I buy the front rotors for a GT, or stay with the ST parts? (I need new front brakes anyway, so I'll be doing it all at once.)

Griffgirl, if you need new front brakes I would recommend you do the 7th gen front brake swap. I believe there's a member selling a complete front kit atm.
If you're buyin', count me in!
Otherwise, I gotta stick to what I have, as my resources are rather limited.

lol too bad there's only one set for sale on this site or i order from dealer, plus it'll only fit onto the ST, not the GT
Okay so all that aside, does anyone know the answer to my question? Please?
when you swap to REAR GT disks...you use GT REAR parts & ST FRONT parts
ST front rotors + pads & GT rear rotors + pads

okay... so front stays the same. Just wondering, what's the difference in the front brakes though between GT & ST?

The GT has different calipers and rotors (larger) than the ST.

Oh, I see. Lame, cause GT rotors are cheaper than ST rotors! Thanks for the info though!
