Anyone know where I can find the little clips that hold the black rubber ring in place around the low-beam headlights? Thanks.

cant help you but i am also looking for them as well.
coldbluesteel on this forum indicated that he might have those clips at his warehouse, and at www.1sttoyotaparts.com they have them. You have to fill out a contact form and request them, though.
