i bought a ct20b about one week ago..never have the time to install it due to the car is not running right now. i bought it from a local japan importer who import engines and clip. it is said to came off a low mileage mr2...looking for 650+ shipping

NO, it's not that. Nobody wants to get jacked for their money order (it does happen). Try using paypal, just friendly non-@-hole advice.

Pricey for a turbo being sold "as is" and IMO, not the cleanest I've ever seen.

ok..ill be test this turbo out on my car even though it's knocking..if it runs fine,boost good,ill let you all know just to help get this turbo sold..
