hey some of you know i installed aftermarket seats in my car, so i got a 4 point harness seat belt for my car. im not using my factory seat belt, so my seat belt light is on. what would i have to disconnect to take that sensor off. i took off the wire under my seat which connects to the seat belt but its still on?

you just have to connect the two wires together.. I did that for a while when I had 4 point harnesses, you just have to complete the circuit.

which two wires the one before the connector or the ones after?
it wont matter, the connector is just and extention really, so either or.
if you do it after the connector you can revert back later easier
Or you could just pull the bulb in the GC however your airbag will not go off like that or with your current setup if everything is working right.

i could be wrong but i'm almost 100% sure the airbag is not run at all through the seat belt indicator.... newer model toyotas do that with the passenger seat but driver seat airbags will always deploy....
