Topic #57412 5 posts Started by foutong
ok i was trying to pull my fender but had no luck. 3 bolts under the hood. 1 in the door jam. 2 on the bottom. and 3 to the bumper. where is the rest of them?
If you want an illustration go to like 1sttoyotaparts and see how the fender comes off. Because the image breaks down the parts.

wheel wells???? might have to kick them off, they're probably frozen there pretty good.

I don't normally drive fast, but when I do its on a curvy section of this island
yeah, splash guard holds a few, plus, under your headlight; the fender plugs into that bracket. looks just like the bracket that holds your bumper lip to the fender. NOt sure if there are any nuts attached; my celica didnt come fully assembled... kindasad.gif

But that headlight bracket is a bigger pain than the bumper>fender bracket. Have fun with that one!!

Fenders are complicated. To removed them, you need to remove the Low Beam, to remove the Low Beam you need to remove the front bumper. Sounds like the ones D-Man is talking about are the ones you're missing. There should be 2 bolts on a bracket by the low beam and then that prong on the Low Beam that plugs onto the fender. And ofcourse all the fender plastic screws.
