hey I googled 5sfe turbo kit and this came up....im just wondering if it works with the celica....or if its even worth it.
http://www.streetlevelperformance.com/Toyo...urbo%20Kit.aspxapparently the tk2501 is designed for the 5sfe but i wouldn't trust it. i would just piece together one using the notes from manny's (presure2) build. that's my plan. you could even just swap in a gen 2 3sgte for about that price.
Call me a traitor! See if I care. ;)
it looks ok for the most part actually. you'd need a fuel pump, and a 2 bar map sensor. you'd also need to run custom IC piping and need to get a custom exhaust made. also I'd ditch the "fuel controller" for a piggyback and have it tuned. plus you'd preferrably want some gauges too. and don't forget that the oil filter needs to be relocated. so, in the end, you could build a comparable kit for much, much cheaper than that. follow stuff from presure2's thread as goferris suggested.

Looks like it will only be good for low boost, until you upgrade the fuel management. I honestly think that if you piece your own parts together it will come out to be probably the same price, maybe cheaper and 10 time more reliable then that.
