I'm looking for an igniter for a 95 GT. I have been reading through many of the past post and it seems that its the problem that im having. But brand new they are like 200 dollars so im looking for a used one. So once again if anyone has an igniter for sale i will buy it. let me know. Thanks.

okay, 94-95 distributer cap and ignition coil are an "all-in-1er" where as the 96-99 is a separate. Their distribution cap is in the same place as ours, but they have a "capacitor" looking coil that sits on their fire-walls. They have a 5 wire ignition system; we have a 4... they are not interchangeable.

94-95 & 96-99 is different and incompatible without doing an entire conversion.

Witch wouldn't be a bad thing, I'm going to do it before my boost project... but it's not going to be plug and play~

I have igniter what number is the one you want

california spec 94's (and probably 95's) have the coil seperate too.

I have an ignitor for sale from one of my past threads, it came off my car when it had the 5SFE. Let me know if you need it via PM.
