Death, you still need a shop CPU? B/c i was gandering arround last night, and it seems that the weakest processor that i got is a P3. I infact have

a wireless keyboard that u can put in ur seat back pocket... one of those 2 in one dealies that has the wireless mouse also, or a thumbstick thingy... wait do they even make those anymore? lol but im typing on one right now and i have no probleams on it, the whole keyboard runs on 2 AA's and the mouse does 2 AA's also.. they last a good while too..

We want to be sure you guys can make this so please give us some input as to dates and location you would be willing to travel to. I know all about gas consumption but we'd really like to see you and your cars there.

Sounds lovely! I didnt know they made keyboards with the mouse already in it. What kind of reception issues does it have When connecting? Is it like the Gameing consoles wireless controllers where it has to be turned on and aimed for several seconds?
also, what kind of monitor did you sport? I have an idea, but i know that i'll get pulled over left and right because it'll look like a fcuking TV...
Speaking of witch, DEATH, do you want a shop or car pc? I've a card that can convert to the hi-def RCA or VGA(<-looks like sh!t though) and you've already got a few screens in your car

I'm on alltrac.net the most since I'm a moderator there, but I tend to lurk around celicatech & very rarely lurk at toyotanation since everything changed over there with all the ads etc.
I've been keeping up with this thread to see when ya'll were thinking of meeting up & when.
As soon as we get the 205 front brakes fitted our alltrac will be road-worthy again till the next round of mods/maintenance
Anytime after the 4th of July would work for us & Austin would be a cool location i think. it's pretty, has some twisty roads & is about as central as you can get in TX for everyone to come to.
There are a couple of other alltrac owners in the dallas/ft.worth area that i could ask to see if they would want to come - the only bad thing about alltracs is they tend to be not running more than running & something breaks right before a meet it seems

3S will be the most fun and have the easiest/greatest potential [not saying the V6 wouldn't get there but it would take alot more money on unproven tech to get what the 3S-GTE can do with off the shelf parts] - see my profile for a basic 3S swap - it all gets better from there. There are swapped members on here that make my car look like the 7a's little brother.
Let's see where this motor issue takes you. I got a buddy just itching to swap another 3S with parts in the garage waiting. But then again if your motor turns out to be healthy you may wish to look into Pressure's write up for the 5S-FTE.

That's a custom conversion. Can and has been done both crappily and very well - you'd need to do some research so that you understand what all that involves before making that descion. The JDM tails for either coupe/vert or Hatch are very nice options too [Not sure what body style you have?]
