hey ive never seen you around stockton before but yea thats a 94-95 bumper. if you want u can bring it by my work and i can find out for yea. and to let u know i bought my celi in lodi with rims for 3700 with less miles then your priceing it at to give u a benchmark

Maybe he swapped a 94 bumper. Seems like his car is a 97' limited edition with the dragon emblems on the fenders, and the Celica logo on the seats.
