The toyota dealer in knoxville can order that part for 9o bucks so I don't know why you can't get it at your dealership. I just purchased one about 3 weeks ago
I had three different dealerships do a nationwide warehouse search and anything that came up I called and they told me it was discontinued - -I literally called 30 out of 50 states trying to find a new one - my phone bill ended up being more than the damn item would have cost me. I found one in my area at a junk yard but it was too ratty to put on.
a friend of mine works for a Toyota dealership as a mechanic and he was going to order it for me cuz mine is all scratched up, the previous owner had a dog...damn the dog..anyway, he wanted $60 for it, that just isn't in my budget right now..I'm saving for a CF Hood.
