You can get them custom made.
only thing made in "carbon" are hoods & a hatch. Which are fiberglass cored with 1 layer of CF over top.

No doors, are made. Though I'll be hopefully making some this summer once i'm done with the racecar. No you do not want CF doors on the street they are VERY unsafe and dangerous

this is true...i wouldnt recomend CF doors for everyday driving either but its eventually going to be a weekend car/show car so i figured i would just put it out there...im sure we could get a bunch of people together and get a company to make them for us...kinda like a group buy.. but then again what company is going to do that?..i know they make them for evo's and STI's but its just a matter of getting everything organized and making it happen.

I don't understand? Isn't carbon fiber really strong?

I assume they're talking about the carbon doors not having the metal crash bar inside them. I'd like to have cf fenders that don't have a fiberglass backing.
our fenders are so light as it is i dont really think it would make a difference(if your going for weight reduction) if you going for show you could have them wraped no problem....my buddy has his fenders on his civic wrapped and it doesnt look that good.....if i were to get CF doors i would prolly just spray them the same color as the car

carbon is very strong...carbon fiber ascetic pieces are not....also even F1 cars have CF bodies and such...when they are impacted they shatter and splinter. Splinters flying every where @ high speed = very unsafe.

I agree about completely CF door panels. But at the very least a CF door card would be completely safe. If a professional company were doing it then replacing the outer and possible inner sheet metal 'skin' of the door structure would also be safe as long as the CF was properly fixed to the structural frame of the door (in a similar way that CF hoods need extra fixings (eg hood pins) to ensure that the hood stays attached to the car and doesn't flex).

As an example of the former, here is a company that makes door cards for the Supra:

it would never be "safe" professional or backyard...regardless of how you do it, CF splinters on impact.

but yes door cards are a great visual modification and "substitute" for a full door
