Since I switched to the Celica Convertible I've been asked if it was a Mustang, and if it was a Camaro. Gads.

got it once pulling into a PSTOC meet lol, (its a diff toyota forum) we went to a go-kart track and the casher guy was like, Man thats a nice supra I corrected him and he seemed to lose interest.

hahaha widebody integra, that stings. I hope i dont get that integra comment. Idk what stings more, the integra comment or the one where u tell the guy its not a supra its a celica and they say "whats a celica?". ive gotten that once at taco bell

Having owned a Supra before and hearing that be called a Camaro, I wouldn't be surprised to hear the Celica being called a Supra.

Just last week my brother and I were driving around to the local junkyards to look for parts. We pulled into the parking lot of one and 3 guys was standin' outside talkin'. Our windows were down and as we slowly passed by them, me and my brother heard one of them say "Dammmnnn duuude...that's a Supra!" The two of us looked at each other and frowned. We sure as hell didn't see any Supra's when we pulled in!

HAHA, nope not yet. I only owned my car for about 3 months...but I bet people on the freeway are probly like. "Hey, check out that supra up ahead" LOL!!! Beacause the 6th gen celica does have similar body lines to the supra's...

Yesterday i was parked outside my second job, and a guy in a motorcycle pases by looking at my car,
he makes a u turn and stops at my window, "woow, nice supra! where can i get one of those!"
and i am like, sorry but this is a celica and this is the jdm look, so you wouldn't find any near" and he is like, "but still if you know of any celica on sale, tell me!!

humm when we owned a celica and a eclipse i had a dumb friend that was waiting to be picked up by me in my ex celica (he knew my car a lot), but before i got there my mother passed there wih our ex 2g eclipse doing her stuff...and i cant imagine her face when my friend (unknown to my mother) stepped into the car at a red light, he got slapped and kicked, and hell broke loose.....then i arrived and he was all beaten up, and i ask him, wtf happened to you...and he told me both cars loooked alike...i just replied...wtf are you blind?
