OK, here's the problem. I left side ball joints are bad, the place i'm taking my car to get fixed is saying that they are afraid to order new ones from mainland japan for fear of ordering the wrong ones. They are saying the hubs that i put on are non ABS from the car my tranny came from, and i know we put the originals on due to the SS suspension on mine and McPherson struts on the old one. Are the ball joints any different between the suspension systems and also do they differ on ABS and NonABS versions?

the ball joints should be the same between ABS and non-ABS.

as for the difference between the McPherson and super strut, I have no idea

The ball joint isn't going to change for ABS.

However, it might change from SS to Macpherson strut suspension.
