we've been driving around attempting to bed in the brakes ... they are getting better, but are still noisy as hell. at least the car stops now haha
got a few other little tweaks here & there but i can't do everything i would like to before the meet .. so the engine is still a work in progress ... everyone keep that in mind please
joe mapped out everything the other nite & according to google it says 3h 47min from us to Austin ... i think even with a few stops it should be more like a little over 3 hrs for us to make it there, but we may leave around 8am just to make sure we make it in plenty of time.

Just got new tires on, Rear Rotters and Pads are on, Motor Mount will be in 2mrw and will be on before the meet. And ive got the gas for their in back waiting to be spent. I wish i could get my eibachs on before this thing, but oh well they will be there next time,wowowowowowowowop!!!!!!!!
The car is going to be as clean as i can make it but it wont be as clean as ive got it before, my car wont lot the best out there but at least shes running smother again. (knock on Glass)
By the way. Ive got another work in progress that i cant wait to show off to everyone, i dont think i will be able to handle getting it finished before the meet but you guys will dig it, or call me retarded

Yeah but the trip there is gonna leave bugs all over it. I just drove from Brenham [halfway point] to Houston and I got a full front end of various bugs on there. Doesn't matter tho - I'll wash before I leave and touch it up there.

(Side Question: How many people know that area of this Hill Coutnry, how to get there, and can we get a map or something so people can get an idea of the area, the road itself, what major roads it connects with and how to get to them? We need something like this so people that are not from the area or dont know the area wont get lost and blow a lot of gas trying to find their way out or back home.)
Time: Everyone agreed with 3pm on the old meet and i think we should keep this time. This makes sure that everyone that is going to come, will be able to get their in time to meet great and ride. Anyone who wants to get their earlier can, but for the big meet we plan to be at Pluckers at 3pm.
When: July 12th. Most can agree on this date. And we just need to state a date.

do you have the bolts for the hood?? i need the 4 of them... i got anxious when i got my engine in and drove w/o the hood.... but i forgot to move the bolts from that little area by the hinge and kinda lost them
