BANNED. for life, you moron.
did you clamp on the oil drain hose to the oil pan union? Did you make sure your dip stick is on all the way. I was an idiot and when I installed everything I didn't notice the oil dipstick was out of the tube a little and oil was squirting all over the place.

its coming out of the back of the engine. i rtv ed the pan twice and is still leaking now it comes out in a steady stream with the car not runing

Did you let the car sit and let the rtv dry? btw rtv won't work as well as the toyota gasket stuff. I had the same leaking problem so I went out and got an oil pan gasket from napa and added gasket maker with that.

forget the RTV, that stuff is crap compared to the OEM toyota FIPG (Form In Place Gasket)
hit your local dealer, buy a tube.
make sure the mating surfaces are CLEAN!!!!!
follow the BGB instructions for reinstallation of the oil pan, and you should have no issues.
