Hey guys,


I am having issues with my rack and pinion. My car was shaking on the highway (thought it would be a simple allign issue), I brought it to Toyota and they confirmed the rack and pinion was bad.

I am going to get the haynes repair and try repairing to with my friends (ex-machanic) help. We have a solid week to do it so i should have enough time. Has anyone repaired thier own, if so how difficult was it and how long did it take you? Any suggestions, tips, etc?
