HEllo are the labels on the back of my 94 celica gt hatch just glued on or is there a hole in the hatch holding them on? Is it different for the Toyota symbol versus the letters? It looks like the symbol is secured through the panel and the letters are glued on.... Anyone pulls these off I like it better without them on the hatch. Thanks!!!!

letters are glued on, the symbol is glued and has pin like things on it too.

I removed my letters, really easy to do. Just take a hair dryer and heat the glue up, then use floss/fishing line to sever it from the car body, and some sort of adhesive remover to get the remaining glue.

the rear will leave a faint tan line. the front emblem leaves a nasty tan line...BEWARE!!! haha

Yeah, pretty faint around the toyota badge, but the celica, gt, and spelled out toyota badges...the ghosting there sucks. I used some stuff called r-47...or something like that. Its used to remove oxidation from paint...works really well too. Just took a bit of rubbing.

It only takes some elbow grease, really...the residual glue was the biggest PITA>

So the front Toyota Emblem on the front bar and the rear emblem on the hatch will leave holes and marks on the paint that will need to be buffed ?

I would like to remove all the badges but don't want to leave holes or marks.
