so...
these kids got pissed off at me and now theyre sellin my car on craigslist
how do i get it off?
because im tired of ppl calling me at 630 im the morning
"hey im callin 4 the toyota"
i dont have a thing set up on craigslist but i would like to get it off
so if u could
could u help me?
its in charleston south carolina, and its a 94 celica...
soo...please help me out and flag it or sumthing

haha man thats a good prank, but that really sucks, what you do to them?

I guess craigs list is some kind of car sale site? then your best bet is to ring them or write to them.

A) No, you're right, it's not craigs list's fault. its an automated system that generates a display of whatever data is input into it.

B) WTF? How is celica9110 an Idot for NOT listing his car for sale because he wants to keep it? Read the Original Post, He's not selling his car, someone else has listed it as a prank. How is that his fault?

Call your local police department and speak with a detective. Then he or she may be able to help you out by assisting you with a visit. Write craigslist and see what they say also, they may be able to ban their mac address, basically ban their computer from posting.

manphibian, relax, i was kidding i dont think he was serious when he said to sue them, thats why i called him an idiot... just foolin... although if he was serious it was a pretty stupid thing to say...

Why not just put their car for sale? And put their house for sale, and their dog for sale as well. Make sure its cheap prices so people keep calling.

Yes i was seriuos. Ins this day, things only happen one way.
anyways, just let them know that the item needs to be removed, and ask nicely, and if then craigslist does not want to remove, then is when you threathen to sue. For falsely advertising of products, invasion of prvacy or something.

you are not really suing, but if you are not firm, they will care less.

Yes I was seriousm however i did not know about the flag thing, so i had a second of ignorance,

in this day in age

1. ask nicely if it does not work
2. ask nicely again, and if it does not work
3. i threaten to sue, and then get a response. ( i do not sue of course wink.gif )
