I can't read any of the text but i'm pretty sure those are real OZ racing wheels, they were definitely available at that size and lug pattern as they were common on celicas in the early 90's, i have several pics of that style in an older japanese celica magazine. As for the price i don't know how much they would be worth. I assume they are light weight so they probably shouldn't be too cheap.

whatever they are, they look hideous! lol
