Was just looking thru pics from another forum... some "teaser" pics of the new "Gt-Four"?!

how true is this?

I like...and if it comes turbo/supercharged and AWD... as long as I have finished college I will DEFINITELY want one...New Hampshire = 2 feet of snow during winter.

the only way that sells for me is if the panals curve in like the 6th gens do to the driver, that is my fav feature about our cars.

Oh this is BS - we all know it. This is the 50th version of the "new Celica" we've seen since they canceled it in '05.
Pretty tho - I'd drive it.

It does look like a TC, someone probably Photoshoped multiple toyota's together and ended up with this...

everyone should prepare the gt-4 to look nothing like the previous one. its going to follow along the lines of camry's and lexus's body style...which suxs

Even in cooperation with Subaru, I highly doubt a new GT-Four, let alone a Celica will make it to US shores. Maybe overseas, but probably not here. Although, I would like to see it.

the latest gt-four i know of ended in 2006. that's the last we'll see the 3sgte in a production vehicle..
but i wouldn't doubt that toyota will one day release another AWD Turbo car in its lineup.

This looks like another one of those photoshop photos of a future car. Remember a while back someone posted a silver car with the toyota emblem and claimed it to be an 8th gen celica... it's photoshoped guys. Dont need to make a big fuss over it. Plus, didn't Subaru teamed up with Toyota to make a new awd turbo concept?

forgot where i heard it but i was told the scion TC was the replacement for celicas... pshh dont bother me, same lug pattern? biggrin.gif

Yea... I have seen this picture on local sites as well plus rumors like:

- it will be made in cooperation with Subaru
- there will be two versions only:
a) GT with 2litre, 4cylinder "boxer" engine and rear wheel drive (?!) with 200HP
b) AWD GT (so no GT-four) with engine from Impreza STi with 300HP

But I still do not believe it's true...

Although I think that looks better than the other teaser photos we had seen. Plus all the cars are starting to follow this trend like the Evo X and the New Matrix is going to have a similar front bumper to that of the EVO X from what I have seen. That, what did you guys call it? Storm Trooper grill? LOL
