the air wouldn't be able to travel fast enough and end up suffocating your engine more than anything. Cold Air Intake would accomplish what you're trying to do.

There is a way to make it work on NA car.
If you use the W2A IC and using chilled liquid (lower temp then ambient temp) to remove heat it will work, and it will work as long as the liquid is chilled (using dry ice...etc)
But does the hp gain worth all the complication?
