If someone wants to attempt to make these themselves, I got a pair of reflectors (the thing that's inside the housings) here for sale. If you buy these it means if you fubar your attempt you can still revert back to your stock headlight (or if you sell the car)..as this is usually a permanent mod.

I love it Vincent! If and when I can get the funds, I will be hitting you up for this. I just wish there was a way to sticky this (if you are willing to keep this going) so that this thread may never be lost and for everyone to take advantage of. I really like it though. Great job! Even better than before. Can I ask what happened to your car (how the accident?)?
would you ever consider starting up your own little thing where we ship our lights out to you and you fabricate this for us? idk if i could let myself screw something up like this
lol im pretty sure vincent just used the jdm projectors..... and Rayme made projectors for people at one point, and i got some from Romas. But he won't do them anymore.. And this is a expensive little project
Okay, so do the highs just have clear lenses on them, but otherwise stock? Also, can you post a how-to for mounting the projectors? Finally, Rayme has mentioned reflectors. How do they come in and are they necessary or just preferred? Thanks for the info.

the reflectors is the stock peice in the headlight, you bolt the projectors onto it and thus destroy it. I just happen to have a pair for sale .

>>>>For my high, just removed the stock glasses lense, remove the plastic piece(not the chrome like one)... I dunno what's that call, the stock color looks like grey or silver, remove those, 2-3 screws and a click, very easy to remove, then spray those with body color... let those dry then install back... then Rayme's clear lenses... High Beams mod are very easy>>>>

hope i'm not going off topic here ... but got an idea when vince talked about taking the plastic bit out and spraying it body coloured ~
Just out of curiosity ... with the plastic 'trim' bit in the headlights ... they don't do anything for the luminosity of the lights do they ? Like if I were to mod my stock ones (take out the plastic, spray them black) my lights wouldn't be any dimmer would they ?

I think this looks good, I think it would look better if the plastic trim you painted was smooth instead of bumpy like it is. Is there a reason it has all those grooves?
