I got a new deck for my 94 hatch and I don't know how to take off the center consolo. Didn't see any thing in the "HOW TO" section. I just need to know how to take off the center panel where the A/C and the stock radio is.

I have a 99 with a stick, so i'll assume that mine is close to yours.
start with unscrewing the nob of the stick, then you can pull that section of trim out, its just pressed in.
that will expose 2 phillips screws at the bottom, take those out and I beleive that its pressed in just like the bottom section.
from there, I cant remember if there's anything else.

don't buy any mounting brackets. they are all crap. they say they are for our car but they aren't. use the stock brackets but you'll need to get a pocket to fill the gap. if you search the stickies you can find the toyota pockets (7$ or like 20$) or you can go to best buy and get one there for like 20$
