We're not. My wife is a PA resident, I'm military, we're stationed at Scott AFB IL but keep all the vehicles registered in PA for lack of emissions reasons. Military leniency is nice.
She's from Waynesboro though, about 20-30 mins west of Gettysburg on 30.

that's nice, it'd have been a lot better if it was one of those black and white PA license plates, but I don't think they make those anymore. you're lucky that wasn't taken.
