Hey guys, I've seen quite a few DFW guys on here as of late, many of them being new members, and I thought it would be cool to have a nice getogether somewhere in the general area. I was thinking something along the lines of parking lot meet, food, then a cruise. Who would be done for doing something? I think it would be cool to do this:

I want this next meet to be around March or so of 2009, and I would like to meet at Motorsport Ranch in Cresson, TX. I want to have a Civic vs. Celica competition, friendly of course. Here is a link to their website:

I'm down for this, but for me it'll have to be on or after the 26th of September. Have too many things going on before that including getting the 6gen complete at least as far as exterior is concerned. And I'm hoping it'll be on weekends.

talked to gottoyota and we thought like getting the celis of dfw together for like a once a week meet just to get the dfw community together and then we could set up like a big meet so lets get this organized

What I think we need to do is have a big meet sometime in September, then from there we can talk once we're all there and figure out a way to have bi-monthly get togethers/dinners on a weekday.

my husband & i have a 5th gen ST185 Alltrac btw.
i've got to see if its still having an overheating issue. if not, we would like to try to make it out.
otherwise could we come in our MKI MR2?
its not very pretty, but he's got it where it counts

the Austin meet was great!! more DFW guys need to make the drive down next year.

I just started school again this week so I've been busy.

Havok - I'd like to have a meet for the locals in this area, there's no reason why we can't do both.

yeah ill most likely be out due to i work weekends but if the once a month meets go i could make them if its on the weekday lol.

hey, if anyone is willing to get together in the week and just talk about our cars and the idea of a meet im free on the weekdays and if so pm me for my number. prolly like weds like playin pool or something like that since i usually play pool or just chill on that day.

Hey guys - lets get this done. Most likely I'll be free on the 26th friday. For weekdays friday I'm free till Sunday. We can all meet at my house and we can go out to eat at a restaurant then chill or cruise around town. Lets make this happen. I'm located in Murphy, TX. Let me know who would like to get together. Though my car is in the shop now and probably won't be done till the 19th or 26th. THanks

zero, everyone was planning on having a Tx track get together/meet in Houston sometime in October - maybe you can come out to that? it's not that far from san antonio at all
we'll be bringing R2 down for that - Vadar has to sleep for the fall/winter & awaken with new goodies for the spring/summer

Nobody knows. This meet is the result of an FAIL while trying to plan a Houston Meet. Members were just too ambitious, and others were not ambitious enough. Now there is a track meet, Forged from the same FAIL-flame as the Houston meet

For the DFW meet?

Let me be clear when I say that I don't want this getting mixed in with the Houston meet or any other Texas meet. I'll try to think of a good time and place to meet.

Would Grapevine Mills Mall be good? We can meet, take pics, eat, then a cruise?
