OK, so I know I said that Id have more information at the end of July, and that its the third week in Aug. Ive been real busy lately, but I just got everything all worked out (i hope). The meet will take place on the 26th of September. I was going to postpone it due to the ATS meet, but decided to go with it anyhow. We will meet at Bowman Springs Park around 530-600 (I'll be there a bit earlier). Hang out take some photos, all that good stuff, then cruise over to Bone Daddy's to grab something to eat. After that we can hangout there for a while then disperse. I talked to the manager of Bone Daddy's and I was told it was OK if we hung out there after we were done, as long as we don't turn it into a pissing contest. So if your schedule is free then let me know so I can kind of have a head count.

One more thing, there are some previous Celica owners (along with other Toyota owners) who have expressed some interest in this, I have no problem with them showing up. Just let myself know if your going to make it.

I remember going to Austin for one of their trails. It was a lot of fun! but I went with the probe group and took my celica. couldn't keep up, but it was still fun.

I think it started around '07..
got kinda big around the 3rd cupcake meet.. I went to the 4th one.. I was amazed on how organized and well planned it was..
the cupcakes were pretty good too.. ^_^

I know its kinda short notice but this monday im going to take an extensive drive from Granbury to Dublin. Cant say how that ride will be though as Ive never made it, and the only other person who i know that was on it was sleeping at the time. Leaving Monday from Benbrook round 8ish. About a 9 hour drive all together (getting there, coolin down, breaks, etc...). But on the 14th of October I am goin to make the turbine run. SO if anyone is interested in goin with me (its my birthday present to myself) let me know!

Wow, what a bad turnout. Five of us there. Hazmat, Import1993, 2bCelica, Myself, and some guy from Car Domain (7th gen). Well, this is the last time I hope to get a large group together. Those that showed up, thanks....wish there were more people there. Seriously I had 14-16 people who said they would be there....

Ok, so a few things. The night shots didnt come out all that well, between being dark and trying not to get hit by cars I really couldnt hold that still to get some good shots. The video.....its ok, woulda been alot easier with a passenger...or a mount. But watcha gunna do?

The next thing that I planned to do was the "turbine run", on 14 OCT 09 (thats a Wednesday) if anyone is interested, let me know and I'll PM you the links with the route. Or you can call me!

I wouldn't mind doing this once or twice a month if we all can find the time to meet. Like I said - next we can all meet up at J-Hot in Denton, or over in my area for free food and alcohol. I have a big drive way, so you guys are welcome to work on your cars while we're all chilling.

OK - how about this coming Saturday the 3rd. You guys up for it. J Hot Import is closed on weekends, so that sucks. I'll contact ATS racing to see if they open, so I can do a dyno. I can do a BBQ at my place or we can go out to eat. We can do a drive on George Bush Turnpike or 75 to do some videos. Let me know if you guys have time.

Sounds like that could workout for me if my work puts me back on a normal schedule aka opening on weekends. I'll let you you know
