power from a 7A-FE? Possible? - 6G Celicas Forums

Topic #61401 4 posts Started by RavenAegis45
Well from what i understand a 7A-FE has valves spaced around 22-degrees apart from each other and thats considered pretty good for racing, and the main obstacles are the Ports, Shrouded Valves, crappy Intake Manifold, the cam profiles and a weak undercarraige. Well my question is wouldn't the head work be fine with a good port, Polish, valve job and maybe some re-grinded Higher Profile Cams? and wouldnt some forged Con Rods and Stronger pistons do the job for strengthening the under side? I suppose it comes down to money, time and resources then wouldnt it?
wat is the question here....

where are u in cali?
