i would say go for it just because it sounds awesome... but i keep gettin nitrous flashbacks of the first fast and the furious movie where jonny tran shoots up the green eclipse and u kno blue fire and explosions supposedly because of the nos, idk i still say do it 
why would u bore it out to add N02? U need to maybe change timing a bit and add a better fuel pump. But u dont need to bore out your cylinder. And when u say 20 -30 over what do u mean? in or MM? u only need a 30-50 shot and maybe some fuel rail mods.
