does anyone know if fedex,or ups will ship a used gas tank?

Gas tanks have vapors inside of them that could be explosive. I don't think shipping companies would want to take a risk on something like that. You can always call them and ask though.

i dont see why not. I ship all kinds of dangerous things via UPS; some much worse than gas vapors. lol.
If you dont utilize worldship though, You'll have to declare it "hazardous" and you pay $19* more.
