Ok tranny went out 100 % this morning while driving....please anyone help me.

Well sadly as I was driving the other day my tranny and axles blew out on me .... the axles have been changed and are brand new... now I just need a tranny. I am looking for a C56 (7afe) or a c52 (4age)... please help me out I need them ASAP because I do not have a car till then.

Erik the 6th gen comes with a C-56 sorry for confusing you, the C-50 fits as well but is an older tranny, the C-52 is a stronger transmission and hard to find but some come with LSD.

i have a tranny from a 7afe but it is still in georgia (its already out, but i dont want them to have to send it out.) i will be gettign my car back next week. is that cool? I will call them and see if they can send it out for me. pm me ok?

I have an automatic trans off of the 7AFE if you need it. It has 130K on it. I was actually just getting ready to start a thread for it, if you need it.

wont work. he has a stick, stock. the harnesss lacks the necisarry **** to make it work.

Oh, I didn't even look at the his profile. I have now haha. It wouldn't be worth it to swap to an auto anyway, even if the harness would work. I've owned an ST auto, and they definitely aren't quick. They get good gas mileage though

Just for your own information the C52 is the 7A tranny, I just checked my BGB to be sure. I'm not exactly sure what the C56 or C50 are from though.

C- 50 is an older version of this tranny used in USDM MK I Mr2s and some JDM older cars, this same tranny was replaced by C-52 on later years. some JDM C-52 ( levin / starlet ) come with LSD.

the C-56 is what I believed our celicas ( manual ones ) came with, the C-52 was not used on celicas as far I have researched, but my sources could be wrong.

Its right on the vin sticker C52 I also have a C52s in both of my
Corollas but the gears are lower on the 4age version.
