short shifter question help - 6G Celicas Forums

i jusr ordered a short shifter off a 7th gen celica
i know they fight on ours, but my question is this
do i have to mod anything or is it a direct bolt on?
and are my shifts gonna suck?
if any one has pix pos up plzz and pm me

no its a pretty straight-forward install. i did mine myself without too much knowledge of the subject, you don't need to mod anything.

there's a little bump that i had to sledge down underneath the shifter. that's the only mod i had to do, but that may be because i converted mine from auto to manual.
