Hi everybody!!

Everything seems that PECM 2009 is going to be in Greece.
So it would be a 3days meeting combined with a holiday there.

I suggest to take the boat from Ancona, Italy to Igoumenitsa, Greece on 20 August and the return from Igoumenitsa to Ancona on 28 or 29 August.
If you are all together we can deal for special prices for the ship. So it's very important to specify in the list who is interested in.

I'm in contact with the track. It's ok for 22 of August but I have to call them again at the end of September for the confirm.
Found an hotel between the 1st and 2nd peninsula of Halkidiki with parking and other facilities, so we are close to many places.
I'm also waiting for other solutions by a friend who has a travel agency there

The general idea is to have the meeting first (meet at Friday, track on Saturday, a tour all togother on Sunday) and then 5-6 days free to go around the peninsula of Halkidiki. The sea is very beautiful there and end of August is quite outside of hot high season's prices.

Friday 21 August 2009

At the afternoon (14.00-14.30) meeting at Thessaloniki + lunch

Then, departure for the hotel (about 90km) and accomodation to the hotel.

21.30 Dinner at the hotel

Saturday 22 August 2009

08:00 Breakfast

08:30 Departure fot the track. We have to make around 130 kms of road for the track.

All day track at Serres circuit

About 17.30 return to the hotel

21.30 Dinner

then.......the night is long.....

Breakfast

10.30 departure from the hotel for a tour at the 2nd peninsula of halkidiki about 60kms

Stop to a beach

15.00 Lunch

I really dont like ya'll J/K. Everywhere over there makes the U.S look like sh*t.

As Maria said PECM 2009 is going to be in Greece!! Members from Italian and Poland clubs are able to come!! So we believe that members and from other countries be able to enjoy this meeting!!!

I'm so glad reading this topic if anyone interested here are some distances for few capital cities of Europe .

I'm looking forward to my holiday in 2009. As there was no PECM 2008 I have spared a lot of days of holiday so I will use it next year

PECM 2009 was a successful meeting!!!! I want to thank all celica owners who came to the meeting from Greece, Italy, Poland, Czech Republic, Cyprus and Bulgaria.
