they both are nice cars in CA but kind of high on the chassis.
my friend said i shouldnt get cars with high mileage as clean as they are because even with my celica at 140k, was breakin down to hell, so dunno if this is true or what

those cars " look " nice, more research to really judge them but if the sellers are honest those are some extremely nice cars. 12 K is a little too much for my pocket but fortunately not everyone is a poor kid as me, so go ahead and buy one of them enjoy it and then blame it for breaking down on you after it suffers from bad ownership diseased.

i dont mean to sound like a dick here but take it from personal experience on SC300 with 1jz and 2jz swaps. THEY ARE A ****ING MONEY PIT!!

if your complaining about the maintance one your celica be prepared on the maintance for a SC300 with a swap. not to mention if the guy did a ****ty job at swapping the motors your looking at wiring and other electrical crap to deal with. the 5spd diffs/trannys that came with the SC300 stock are pieces of **** and break way to easy under power/abuse.

also since you live in CA be prepared for smog. these cars will not pass smog unless its been thru the carb system which i highly doubt. so i hope you have a smog hookup that will look the other way.

12K for a 92, 93?

For that ridiculous amount of money for an old ass car, I'd rather go with the Rx7.
