I am contemplating selling the Celica for something else (I drive a lot and I need something with less miles). It's a 95' GT hatchback, with 178k miles on it. Here's the deal.
Good:
Maintenance records for pretty much everything
ALL fluids have been replaced (oil, transmission, clutch, brake)
Interior is in great shape
Infinity front speakers
Timing belt/water pump done by Toyota
Koyo replacement radiator
Transmission CV axle seal replaced
Valve cover gasket done
TRD oil cap
NGK spark plug wires/plugs
KYB rear shocks, Toyota front shocks
Sprint lowering springs
Scion headunit
Toyota brake pads all around
Paint is 7/10
Carpet padding behind panels + Dynamat
Pre-wired for a sub (wiring is under back seat)
Clear interior
TRD shift knob
New leather shift boot
A/C is cold, heater is hot
Scion 17" wheels w/ brand new Sumitomo HTR Z-3 tires
Silverstar low/high bulbs
Bad:
Radio trim is broken on the corner from modifying the Scion radio
Driver side window rattles
Body has some bondo between the passender side fender and bumper (fender was replaced and some red is showing from previous color)
Headlight tabs are broken (low beams)
Rear suspension clunks with going over bumps (most likely sway bar bushings)
Pulls to the right slightly
Pics:

The car is by no means perfect, but in my opinion it's pretty damn clean for what it is. What would you think it would be worth if I put it up for sale? I've taken care of it since day one, and I do regular maintenance to it.
