Hey guys, I was wondering.. How is your working area prepped? Like if a garage or something at home, do you have a floor coating that oil and spills wont stick too?

And, any good advice on what to use to make the floor in my garage clean and be able to stay clean with cleaning only few times a year or so? I know acid or something. What products though?
