Careful with that quick negative feed back, it can come back and bite you in the as*. Go through the right steps if your having a problem getting in touch with him, go through ebays live help they'll tell you what steps you should take.
Look at it this way, if hes a power seller with like 1000 feed back and you leave a negative feed back for him it probably wont even change hiss feed back percentage. If you have less than 100 and he leaves you negative feed back your percentage can go from like a 100% to like 94% with just the one negative.

i actually have an extra hatch liscense plate area lyin around, if mine is off that bad, ill send him both and he will haev a peice to use to replicate it.
