I finally got my new 8" subs in the doors today! and it took forever.
i first ordered the subs about 2 weeks ago. they were supposed to be there in 2 days, and the place i got them at is about 45 minutes away. so, without calling (stupid), i went over there 2 days after i ordered them and they werent there yet. so the next day i call and they still arent there. finally i call 4 days after i ordered them and they finally got them in but im in a hurry to get to work right after. so i drive over there speeding the whole way, pick up the subs, and drive back home to go to work.
the next day i call them and they say they can put them in. so i drive there (and decide to get an amp too >
>) and after 3 1/2 hours they say theyre done but i still have to take it back there later (it's getting late) to get the speakers balanced correctly. so i drive home and realize that there is no bass at all. neither of the subs are working right.
2 days later i call and tell them there's not bass and they say its because of the balancing they need to do. so i take it in again and after about 1 1/2 hours i come back and they tell me one of the subs is blown! i was pissed...but i just said fine.
they order 2 new speakers (the other sub didnt sound too good either) and after 4 more days (it was supposed to be 2 days >
> ) they get the speakers and i go over there to finally have them installed....which was today. yaaaaaaaaaaay!!! >>
all i need now is a sub in the trunk...but im not going back to that place again. >

EDIT: AAAAAAHHH!!! the subs still didnt sound right so i went back, got a 4-way amp, and a sub in the trunk. but now it still isnt working right!!!! im so pissed right now.
