It's a Miata. If you pause it just before it gets run off, you can see that it's missing the inner HBs like ours, and if you pause it again right after it spins, you can tell by the tail lights it's a Miata or RX8 or whatever the newer ones are called now.

I have to agree with those who say Miata, it most certainly looks like one to me. I wanted to say no, just to have a nice long discussion, but it appears so. Only other guess is that it kinda looks like a Z3 BMW, but I never seen one like that so scratch that.... Um...... Maybe some sort of Jag? The front is hard to tell but the back has Miata all over it. The hard top (especially with a color like that) tells me to lean more on Miata, since most Euro cars that might resemble that have a rag top. That's just me.

Its definately not a Celica. The tail lights are completely wrong. Also, it has a split grille like BMWs and Rovers.

I drove by a newer MX-5/Miata last night on my way home. I'm still stickin to my original guess. Anyway, other than a Del Sol, which I really don't think it is, based on the tail lights, what other small 2-door car would be that color green? People paint Miatas weird colors sometimes.

I hope the person driving made it through that okay. That's really awful - it must've been scarier than hell.
