A good possibility something can happen, but the world will never end in my opinion. Man will find a way to survive on another planet before it happens. If anything, it is very likely something could happen where 1/3 of the earth's population could be destroyed. I can see it happening, I have had many dreams of such, just not a time.

1 dream that stood out to me had to do with a star blowing up and a red glow in the sky with rocks falling to the earth creating giant holes in the ground. The funny part (because many of you would laugh at this) was that many groups of little black pigs came out from those holes and ran off in different directions in packs. I assumed in my dream they were demons, because no one else noticed them.

My cousin who doesn't share the same religious beliefs as I do (actually he is agnostic), has mentioned something about a red sun or planet that is red from something (he is very into science) and his mother who is just like him also had a dream of this Red Sun. Then again, anything is possible. I dunno. Sometimes we like to freak ourselves out when life is boring, sometimes things really happen that allow us to be thankful we are still alive. It is all in the eyes of the living.

if you look into the history of the mayans where this myth origionates you learn that they were fncken good astronomers (sp) thousands of years ago they could predict when the solstice would occur and other things like that which are completly accurate even today. Put it this way, they knew that the earth wasnt the centre of the earth and the earth wasnt flat long before westerners.

i think if we were to have a ''doomsday'' it would have happened on 6/6/06

and even then i was 99% sure nothing would happen. its just not logical.

Lets be honest with ourselves people....we all know the world as we know it will end on 2012, we jsut have to get prepared...now either one of two things will happen on that date...

The LHC, will spawn a huge portal into a demonic dimension, spewing fourth aliens and monsters of the such. At that point were all fuked unless someone with a crowbar comes along

The other possiblitly is a ZOMBIE-POCOLYPSE, in which we CAN survive if we band together and prepare now.....the weak ones we must be flushed out right now, because they wont be able to run or hide from the zombies...and the Old must also perish now, or were screwed later...I look at it like this, its either them or us!!!!

I already am prepared, with a bunker located on the High Ground ON AN ISLAND, a couple boxes of munitions, some radios , beds for 20 ppl, etc.. And ive started pilots school, so when the zombies come, i can fly myself and others to safety..

If anything Robots will take over the world or some stupid alien Race comes down and eats us all.
